while i have not personnaly ordered one, it has become apparent thru forum post and there failure to ship by deadlines
2 main accusations
1) repeatly not shipping by deadline
2) Not honoring there 1000btc bet on power supply specs, feel free to add to it
edit also apparantly mini rig miner is out of stock, with none shipped

Issued statements saying they'd compensate early pre-order victims by issuing discount vouchers and have now raised prices and lowered specs making those vouchers less valuable.
Constantly lie about lead times for product delivery.
Constantly mislead by using the word "order" rather than the appropriate term "pre-order".

When the prices went up, will they still at least honor the pre-orders at the lower prices? I was thinking about buying one from them with my unspent bitcoins, but not if they did that.

Well some are saying that this company is untrustworthy. I'm still on the fence on that one though to be honest. I'd still buy the jalapeno asic at the $250 price, but only if they'd actually deliver.
