why is it so hard to buy bitcoin

I have not really bought any bitcoin in a while, i have been mostly trading this last year.  but i have been trying to buy today from localbitcoins and bittylicious and it has been a real challenge.  they want photos of me holding cards on localbitcoins and on bitty they need about 4 different forms of id, what is going on. 

this is seriously restrictive to anyone wanting to get into bitcoin,  like its meant to be pseudonymous but if the gate ways into bitcoin dont allow that people will be put off.   

Buying bitcoins is really hard.  If you are aware of the price of one bitcoins, here in our country, 1 bitcoin is equivalent to PhP 200,000 plus, or in USD 4,000 plus.  So thinking of buying is so hard really.  The average income, if you are employed, is only about 15,000 PhP.  So thinking of savings to buy bitcoins with so low salary will end up to somehow nothing.  Now, if you are into service of campaigning signatures then you have a high rank in here, the possibility of earning 1 bitcoin in not impossible at all.  But it will take a lot of patience and dedication to reach 1 bitcoin.  Now, if you have capital then, you engage in trading... you might be able to earn you 1 bitcoin fast...

Bitcoin has rise up so high maybe they need all the requirements for safety purposes..even in the exchanger they also need government id's..but in the process as long as you comply all those requirements needed the next thing is to enjoy its benefits..as bitcoin now is rising!

yes.Bitcoin is secure online wallet system but  its have no varifaication system.If government try to involved bitcoin i think bictcoin can agree with them .But most of country donot have enough idea about blockchain network.So its hard to added this service.But bitcoin is the most safely online wallet.

 That's correct, i think if your local exchanges are making it difficult for you to buy you can buy from these international exchanges he just mentioned or better use localbitcoins and maybe you could find a trusted seller in your neighborhood.

Yes that is the best way localbitcoin, including those who is having a hard time looking for a website wallet in their own country.
The country restrictions are the problem. Coinbase do have restriction.
Localbitcoin dont have, as long as you can pay them with the preferred payment method. They even accept bank to bank payments which makes it easier.
The regretful part would be when you buy it at a more expensive price.

Thats just completely necessary for anyone who is selling bitcoins for the sake of their company as a whole and for the sake of its name, because you need to be sure that bitcoins aren't misused by anyone else.
Also Pan card, id proof, bank details are all the ask in many companies who sells bitcoins online... That are completely trustworthy..
Yours is a little extreme I would suggest to choose some other app or site.

Yes you say true about  make  account harder for exchanges they want some documant for confirmation , it was not like that before, i think they need documant for security for users .

yes, for security and convenience for its users. From people who want to maliciously, they ask for your complete documents, so that everything is safe and under control if there is anything suspicious. so users feel safe and comfortable.

Exactly so you'd have to sacrifice your time for bureaucracy and security because the customers are the same people who will blame the exchanges should something go wrong or they get hacked.

Therefore today's technology is all sophisticated, for the sake of security and convenience they ask for your documents, to prevent unintended things from happening, because people who want to commit crimes are now smarter.

Indeed, if buying looks so high for the purchase, but this is easy for those who already have enough money and try to investing till be profitable. It's good i suggest that if you do not have enough of money do not impose to buying it, there are many other ways to earning bitcoin without must to buying it.

I agree with you i personally think that it is not that hard to buy bitcoin because of the price it could be but with so many exchanges around the world you can not even know which one to trust so i would suggest to you choose blockchain.

Yobit have some issues for the coins out there and also for the withdrawals but the Yobit team are always working hard to solve the problems that they currently have in their exchange. I am trading in Yobit also and based on my experience, i don't encounter any problem with their exchange and in fact, Yobit is one of my favorite because it is fast to make profit there.

No, they are not doing their best and they are even not working hard to answer those queries in the scam accusations and within their thread. There are so much problem that this exchange has been experiencing and giving their customers a lot of inconvenience that leads them to say that "it is hard to buy bitcoin" and instead of adding a good wave in the market cap, they are trying to consider some alt coins

I don't think so because in our country bitcoin doesn't that need to go some process. All you have to do is to cash in on some shops. And ofcourse somes are exchanging teller. Sometimes the bitcoon's value are very low because of the demand. Bitcoin isn't that hard to buy because you can sure that it is worthy.

In essence, it's hard to buy Bitcoin because there's so much fraud around, and requesting ID means we can reduce the likelihood of fraud a lot.

Personally in my country it wasn't hard, just we had to use documents to buy or sell BTC. But recently our government and financial body stated that its better to avoid virtual currency, though no regulations or restriction is forced on us till now.

As we can all see, the procedures and implementations regarding in bitcoin and cryptocurrency is different, Because almost all platforms are in their development stage and countries are not all aware (even the people) regarding this cryptocurrencies - this is the reason why it is hard to buy bitcoin. There are only just two exchanges here and you can only exchange when you are in city (in my country). Imagine the hassle and stress just to buy some. But this is likely to change in 3 years time because almost all projects are pushing a cryptocurrency based platform and just like the internet in the early 90's. I think we should look at it as a positive thing about bitcoin and we should not feel sad for the low amount of supply of bitcoin that are widely scattered in the world and in fact, we should be happy and we should get motivated to get more bitcoin because at the end of the day, we are the one who will benefit for holding bitcoin because if the supply of bitcoin will become low and lower in the next years and if the demand will continue to go up then it is an easy profit for us based on the law of demand and supply.
