I would like to know what payment processors the clients and sellers of our community prefer. If you both sell and buy on the forum, you could tell both what payment processor you prefer in client role and in seller role. I would appreciate a short explanation to your preference, too.

if you are asking for this bitcointalk.org Community than I can say with  no doubt the most using payment processors of the community is 99% bitcoin. I saw people asking to pay them in paypal and willing to pay via paypal also.. but Paypal is not preferred because of their money reversible policy. I saw above posts I think if you are just want to sell something individually than you better go with bitcoin.

Most of the time for the purpose of buying or international shopping I prefer PayPal for its return back policy. As quoted for individual needs or exchanging goods within two persons can choose bitcoin. But with bitcoin both needs to have trust over each other or need to use an escrow. Finding a new person with trust through forum is hard.

I've been more looking into that return back policy for its protecting more of the buyers and I think that is not fair because what if there are some buyers that just want to troll those legit buyers. I've experience that before so what I'm using now is. I am completely using bitcoin as my payment processor so if my receiver is not into bitcoin its their problem as long as I pay them my obligations.

I just saw this announcement for a new one https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1686045.0;topicseen

I haven't used it but it's open source so I'd say it's worth looking into at the very least.

what i read from the link, maybe thing works out like another bitcoin payment API but the difference is this plugin can't exchange the bitcoin automatically into some kind of fiat instead sending the amount of bitcoin directly to the seller's wallet, beside of that it's still good plugin

If the Client is from my country i will go for Bank Transfer or Bitcoin for my products for sale, what you are asking if you are asking about in selling bitcoins then i go for same Bank Transfer as it is more safe, i  dont go for online purchase as the delivery charges to my country is costly and after adding the Delivery Charges to the purchase product the price cost is higher then my local purchase so i go for fiat currency exchange

Netteller also has an option for Bitcoin deposits and withdrawals with minimum of $20 per transaction plus fees although they used third party affiliate, I haven't had any problems when using it so far.

That is certainly true, as long as we use it does not have a problem then I will also agree and will support full of all the things that they do. For if it is not done then I think the growth will not be as good as bitcoin and as good as this, only support and perform the best way is the most appropriate thing to make the bitcoin became one of the currencies is very needed and used by everyone

I only buy Digital Goods online and I pay directly with bitcoin.

For physical goods, I tend to opt for local sellers(as I don't like paying crazy amounts for shipping)and we go through the local exchange for that or dragonpay/gcash.

The fees from these third-party payment processors are crazy but for those rare times that I need to use one, I go with PayPal.

Even though many of us hates paypal still I use this also even I'm one of them that is not loving the charges of paypal to us. Still their service is quite good enough if we don't have choice and besides some of my freelance work is getting paid me with paypal for they don't know how to use bitcoin. I don't experience here in forum either for trading but I know there are trusted people here.
Paypal is the most widely used payment processor, however when people starting using bitcoin they will realize how expensive paypal's fee and with it's reversible nature, sometimes people always got scammed by dispute money, for those who suffered the feeling of losing money when they got scammed they would avoid use paypal for the next time the alternative maybe is bitcoin.
I personally use paypal when i can't buy what i want with bitcoin directly.

Well, I use paypal. although it was a bit difficult, but, paypal has a lot of advantages. in fact, paypal accepted in any legal online shopping sites. so, using paypal as a payment processor is a very good thing in my opinion. besides, I also use the perfect money, but I rarely use it

Yes surely we are all very lucky to know that there is another payment processor that can be good for alternative to paypal. And other payment processors who are popular also are doing the same with paypal. But with paypal's freezing of account, I have read some other people complaining that it is not a good act because they are just having a big sales.

But the sad truth is bitcoin have limited access only since we cannot buy some goods on big sites, but thats not necessary if we are not online shopper, but if we are on the process that finding some good ways to transafer money at ease will bitcoin well be the best choice for that since the payments are cheap and sometimes its free of charge if we are using the same local wallets, and for now im happy using our local bitcoin wallets since it have easy to cashout option and hah many merchant feature that we can rely on if we need something online.

I use Payapl, Perfect Money basically, and since few months I am into Bitcoins as well and started using it.
Paypal/Perfect Money because it is quite available to shop from many online sellers. Now as many sellers are gradually starting to accept Bitcoin, the choice might shift. But sometimes Paypal will be my choice to buy some particular goods or services.

After reading for a while in the coingate site i assume that it's like bitpay or coinbase API that allowed you to pay as usual if you're ever trying those. at some point after checking out your stuff you will be redirected into a page that giving you an address to pay the bill. this kind of things always made everything simple and really helpful
