I'm worried about the potential legitimacy of this website you're PMing to people. You're a JR. Member promising people $10 to sign-up for a website that you're privately messaging to people. I agree that you should escrow the funds, because otherwise there is too much skepticism and way too much distrust because of past experiences and the overwhelming wave of scams that pop up here. Show a little initiative in the trustworthy department and your sign-ups will flood rather quickly.

usually free sign up bonus only for attract people to register on particular sites and could not able to withdraw except members must invest or buying contract and also cloud mining and PTC sites always provide those bonus and if i may to guess that OP want to trying promote PTC sites or new cloud mining sites
