Before ICO they were answering every single question even the silly questions and Now as you see they gone totally ignoring their community, also this attitude cost Chronobank a delisting from Bittrex exchange.
if you try to ask some serious question on telegram channel such as the continuous situation of Time token price falling and no new exchange on board since a long time ... then you will get banned in blink of eye from Chronobank telegram channel.
Also until now CEO didn't answer AMA questions which of some questions include Time price falling.

I saw some posts that this coin is totally but it seems that the management/ceo of it keeps on becoming active and making this coin alive again by giving updates here.

Chronobank project is being developed at snail speed while other projects are moving at light speed , The game is over when CB acted cocky and refused to pay binance listing fees when it was very cheap back then (Binance now has more than 6 millions users so if Time was listed there its like a free advertising for Chronobank platform), The game over is when Bittrex delisted Time token and as you can see CB is totally unable to bring a big exchange on board.

Is there any happy investor in this prjoject? I guess nobody. Further I assume there are still ico funds left in sergey's pocket. The investors want their money back at least some. So I want you Sergey to shut down that project because you have achieved minion size progess. Uor ICO money ! Not yours what you might think. Take that left money and buy back your token. Then investors will get refunded at least a bit.

Sergey, you and we know that the majority is us not you Sergey. You will stop dictating what to do with the ico money.
Since the majority will surely aggree on the share buy back solution you shall give in to the majority................
