We are reaching the final destination of this ponzi. Be sure to remember all the people who dragged others into this scheme. Report them to the authorities.

Well you have thousands of people into this I don't know the number but will you include bitcointalk and youtube because they are also posting information about Bitconnectcoin it will take millions of dollars to sue this two big companies and how can you trace the holders and promoters because they are scatter everywhere.

=================================
Anyone that invests in BitConnect is doing at their own risk. Who to sue? the SEC has already warned that in most cases there is nothing they can do if the exchanges are decentralized outside their jurisdiction. If BitConnect is able to maintain the security of the site and prolong its operation, even if the % return is dropped below current levels it is still better than what a fiat bank pays so there is no Ponzi. As long Bitcoin stays in business, BitConnect can tag and continue to make arbitrage profits and share with lending investors, it may fluctuate as we are experiencing now with bcc/btc. but, if the roadmap 2018 is followed and they introduce more cryptos and currencies to the exchange it will give more flexibility and returns to BitConnect investors. They made a mistake dropping BCH. If they had maintained that exchange with BCH at current levels it would have capitalized the BCC better. This is why if they bring more currencies like ETH, XRP, BCH, etc it will prolong the longevity of BitConnect. EthConnect seems to be an enhanced branch from BitConnect tree and I suspect owners are related. They added Eth to BCC and made a cleaner site but rather than abandoning BitConnect they should add more currencies and as long as the daily % return keeps coming, even if smaller that is still better than nothing in a bank.

SMH......so hard

Where is this proof that the SEC has warned that in most cases there is nothing they can do? Do you just make this up to make yourself feel better about investing in this?

I have a family member who works with the DEA and he told me that at a recent conference there were several groups from the SEC and their MAIN focus was targeting fraudulent investment schemes. Recently USI tech got hit with emergency cease and desist order.

https://www.ssb.texas.gov/news-publications/bitcoin-promoter-usi-tech-hit-emergency-order

If you don't think bitconnect and these lending platforms fall in this category then I don't know what else to tell you.

Also bitconnect is not a decentralized exchange, where you get this info from is an enigma to me.

"As long as bitcoin stays in business"....? What? You can't be serious.

It's obvious you have literally no idea what your talking about, stop posting on here trying to make others feel ok about investing in this.

You have a point tell your family member to check this thread and the feature of Bitconenctcoin and start working to bring it down, that is if they can I have seen a lot of reports that they are hunting or closing Bitconnectcoin but all are false report, let's see if your action can bring a different result.

You have to do your own due diligence and make your own. Below are two SEC related News on this issue and there are many more flowing in the media:

https://www.sec.gov/news/public-statement/statement-clayton-2017-12-11
In this Release it is stressed in bold letters of the risks related issues.

Well, do the math and your own due diligence. In order to invest in BitConnect you have to bring BTC so if BTC disappears so will BitConnect. You cannot buy BCC with US Dollars or any fiat currency or ETH etc. One reason why BitConnect has been stressed lately is because their arbitrage depends on BTC trading only and not any other coin. They had BCH but closed it so the site is not diversified enough like other exchanges allowing investors to move money around other cryptos to invest. Then people move their coin to other exchanges rather than retrading within Bitconnect.

Do not take it personally. I have never been to Texas but I hear it is very big. 60% of blockchain trading in Bitcoin etc. is coming from Japan and Korea.

IThe last I hear the Royal Crown in Britain may own Bitconnect now according to this?:

From the emergency cease and desist order to USI tech

"According to the order, USI-Tech is telling potential investors they can make more money by convincing other individuals to invest in the company’s bitcoin platform. Investors can earn “up to 35% commissions” through its “unique referral marketing plan.”

USI-Tech is not informing investors of the danger in being paid commissions from referrals. Individuals paid these commissions must either be registered with the State Securities Board or qualify for an exemption from registration."

This is coming from the TEXAS STATE SECURITIES BOARD, if you are looking at this thread and considering referring people to bitconnect please reconsider and just invest your own money. Don't try and convince others to invest for your own gain.

I think that the best thing bitconnect could do is just disable their affiliate program, if they did that, I would be 100% ok with the platform.

Both of those talk only about ICO's which are completely different then signing someone up and receiving a commission from their investment.

No one forced people to invest in Bitconnect

They could have very well invested in

Control-finance
Bitpetite
Bitplay
Laseronline
Coinreum
Chronium
Apoud
Nexcoin
Hexabot
Elektracoin
Bitbase
Chaingroup
UcoinCash
Ethconnect

Your right, and they probably won't go away. True no one ever forced anyone to invest in these platforms, but when someone spams their referral link and basically incites others to invest based on emotion and fomo without explaining the risk.....thats what doesnt set well with me.

I'm interested in why you mention UcoinCash on this list ?

Also, SEC doesn't deal in these as everyone must know by now. The Texas cease and desist for USI tech does not stop them operating anywhere else in USA and was an isolated decision after complaints about affiliates ( I am guessing). I also got an email from the UK authority when I asked them about bitbase claiming to be regulated by them (they didn't seem to think it was a big deal tbh and didn't really care they were lying):
Quote
Our remit

Although we regulate and oversee the UK’s financial industry, there are certain services or products which don’t fall within our regulation. This means firms that perform or offer any unregulated products or services are not subject to our rules, and we have no authority over their business. Virtual and Crypto currencies fall outside of our remit as the financial services regulator of the UK.

Not just ICO and also crypto-currencies. is BCC or BTC not coins, crypto-currencies?

Funny you should ask. I'll be introducing a new lending thingy tomorrow morning (PST). Seriously, as in I'm not joking.

Teaser: It will include 1% interest compounded daily with a minimum order of U$100, so have funds ready, for I'll be limiting participation to only a million users [seriously] a select few in satisfying a hard cap. PM me if you want to be informed prior to public announcement.

Take a look at the price today on Coinmarketcap (https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitconnect/) with 0.01675080 BTC (-11.81%).
Perhaps there is a rare opportunity to double or triple your account. As you can see, the chart now is too beautiful.

This project looks so fcking AMAZING!!!
1% interest per day is GREAT! I will invest ASAP (then i have funds)!
Good luck to DEV

It's  one the successful Ico of 2017 and could become a successful coin in 2010,it could reach to 5000 bitcoin since there are few more days to go before it's over I hope to see this coin on Bittrex one of the top exchange in the industry...

AMAZING PROJECT!
Good Luck to everyone!
See in 2018!

Why is the BCC price going down? When BTC price is coming down, BCC price should be going up and vice versa.Who can explain this?

You can't leave the ship if your money is locked up. The only thing we can do is wait it out and hope for the best.

The smart thing to do is withdraw your daily interest until you recover your capital. If you want to reinvest after that, then it would probably be best to put 50% back into the system and withdraw the rest.
