Just getting an idea of what everyone thinks.  It's been almost a week and BitInstant still has my cash with nothing to show for it.  I received an email from "Rachel" this morning telling me that they would have my coupon code soon but this is the third of such emails and zilch came from it!

Meanwhile, our wonderful support team of Charlie, aka Yankee, and Ursay have been carefully ignoring my posts and even redacted one earlier that mentioned helping us out with the money/btc we are losing as the market goes up without us having the ability to purchase anything.

Who here thinks this is an actual problem or if it's a cash hoarding scheme?  I would like to think the former but seven days...?  Really?

Edited: All is good.  Received my funding and the difference of what I would have gotten had I bought on time.  Good luck to the rest of you, you are definitely in capable hands.

I could always use tips for diapers and formula!  Smiley

they are overwhelmed and under-prepared for this influx of users (they have gone from 3000 ppl awaiting verification to 13,000 in a matter of weeks).  Do not expect Amazon.com level of response time (amazon took 15 hours to respond to my support email yesterday).

this is bitcoin, not NYSE.  It is a wild west place right now.  Expect to be delayed at every turn and plan accordingly.

they will handle your problem. you are not the only one.

there are no avenues for obtaining bitcoin that are problem free.  NONE.
