DON'T bet on on gg.bet

Hi.

to keep this short I placed bet on one game SK Gaming - Optic Gaming (06-11-2016). There was two bets for this match. For game 1 and game 2 of match. I placed my bet on Optic Gaming where (3.5 odds) and Optic gaming won that game (earned almost 100€ on that bet).

When I logged back to check my winnings I noticed that my balance is still unchanged and I contacted support. Support told me that they will investigate problem and that they will contact me on my email. After 10 days I didn't received any email from gg.bets and my balance is still unchanged. I have a history of chat logs from several days where I contacted them about my problem and I can show there here if you want me to.

I already made  peace with my self that I won't see that money ever again and I give up on contacting support because it is terrible. Just google images of their support member and you will notice pictures of some random good looking people on Russian social network website (vk.com).

How about other gambler ? Are they having similar problem like you.10 days is already long enough for resolving this kind of issue.If i at your place,i will also angry because it already take more than 10 days.Thank you for your info.This will alert other member including me at here.

Wow that is bad. 10 days is far too much, bow unprofessional. No excuse for that sort of behavior. Are you using a new account because you dont want to ise your main to make the complaint. Sometimes it is a better idea to do that.

Do you break the rules of their site, I thought to find the exact reason they should quickly respond to their users but if that was the opposite and you are right, I think you need to leave them

just add the proof which you are holding here on this forum and then give the full detail about yor bets. And once again check the terms and conditions of the sites about placing bets limit and all. As i have seen lot of them without checking the minimum and maximum betting limit they just bet and when won and not getting winning they start complaining it.

With full proofs and full details about terms and condition if you raise the complaint you will very soon response from the forum and the site owner
