Is there new people coming to Bitcoin?

All good responses.  Most of that was my thinking as well.  I was sort of trying to see if like the forum Admin's have a better idea of how many people are joining this site, mostly because I am assuming a lot of people have more than 1 account, or possible many accounts on here. 

My guess is Bitcoin is standing nearly still, with a few people here and there joining the cause, but I was just hoping for a definite answer

Definite answer? There is no in my mind, Even on some published research about how many bitcoin users and is not tells me about the definite answer for that while I find this one.

Some might have said about an unclearly answer too.

But I was getting some in here through the new users are talking about a fresh thing of bitcoin, and it has had a definite answer for me.

I think the new people who come into bitcoin true. namely to find bitcoin. because I am in this case I was a novice here. I am very serious in our understanding of Bitcoin today. because everything can change after knowing bitcoin.

Everyday, there are many people are joining this forum or start to do bitcoin because they have been influenced by their friends or maybe their family.

Bitcoin is not that hard to understand once there was someone who introduced it to you clearly. Most of the people here in this forum was amazed to

bitcoin when they heard it for the first time that's why they are all here, doing there task to earn bitcoin for the source of their income and so on.

i am sure that in out there, many new people coming into bitcoin industry but for joining into this forum, i am not sure, because people in out there maybe don't know yet about this forum or they just register into other site. but i am sure, in future, there will be more people for join in this forum and share their knowledge and info so all members on here can learn together and get profit together.

I think yes, i'm sure there are many new people every year that join and use bitcoin. Because the future of bitcoin is really promising and people will look into it and maybe they will use bitcoin for transaction and investment too.

yes I agree with you. probably every day has come some new users to join this forum. For bitcoin has crowded the talk lately in several countries. for example in my country, every day there are a lot of new users who come to benefit from the bitcoin. because bitcoin can be made in additional income.

i do have lots of office mate who also joining bitcoin investment as they see that i successfully got good profits from it but i can't say that we can count them from time to time and even there's new users who's coming in for me the value of bitcoin really attracting them and most of them are also looking for possibility to gain profits.

Maybe this might be a forum moderator question as well I suppose.  Are new people actively joining this Forum?  Are new people actually coming on to Bitcoin.  I have talked with several of my friends about it and had a couple of them even bite for a bit, but they quickly forget about it and they move on.  I guess I am just curious if Bitcoin trend is growing still or if it is more stable, or at a standstill.

Yes , daily new new persons entering the bitcoin job because Daily we are finding new new threads in this forum where it is mentioned that " i am newbie help me etc " .
But mainly we can see the most of the number of people coming during the price is high .

About the users on forum, I think a lot of people don't use the forum but use bitcoin however we have a big and great comunity here.

The growth is not where you expect it to be from. It will not be from the ordinary people like your friends. Why would they use Bitcoin when their money earned from their jobs are good enough to buy them the things they need? There is no need to change the present system because it is already working and it is efficient for the everyday things we do.

The growth will come from the criminals, the hackers, the terrorists and the drug dealers, etc. The growth of Bitcoin use in the darknet and in the underground is growing because Bitcoin can circumvent the financial system run by the banks and it is making their criminal operations better and more efficient.

Its really impossible  to  know  regarding on this  matter  because   you cannot  just  rely  fully on  this  forum  just to tell if there are  new  people  who engaged into bitcoin  on daily basis because  there are still  people  who do tend  to  engage  bitcoin without  the  awareness or   knowledge  on this  forum. So  theres  no  precise  answer here.

Forum stats is a poor indication of Bitcoin adoption, if that was the thinking behind your question. We need regulated exchanges and wallet providers to release their stats to give us a more accurate view on adoption statistics. I know Blockchain.info < not regulated > shows a increase in registered accounts being created.

Bitcoin is still growing, but people from first world countries seems reluctant to move over from fiat to Bitcoin, because they are spoiled for choice, with other payment solutions and good internet access.

I think the issue of new people been introduced and use bitcoin its a gradual process....though its not an immediate thing, new ones will have to be convinced and get a better explaination of its use...though i can say they have been a steadly growth of new ones knowing bitcoin as its becoming widely known and recognised...and accepted locally... i believe in the future btc will be the talk of the town.......

bitcoin works in a way that no one can answer this question ever and say my answer is the closest to reality because there is no centralized entity that can tell us how many people are using bitcoin.
there are many ways to get an estimate though!

for example what you asked can be found here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=stats which shows a 904K users and about 10K-20K new users each month but how many of these are throwaway, spam bots, alts, banned users creating new account,...

you can check blockchain.info number of wallets which I think was 9 million or something and again you can never tell how many are secondary and how many are actually being used. so many people are using BC.I as a watch only wallet.

what I like to watch is the number of transactions per day which I think is a better estimate compared to others.

I think the people adopting bitcoin is increasing by day. There are lots of propaganda and campaign for bitcoin.  Aside from that, multi level marketing industry also adopting bitcoin as their means of attraction to new people.  there are several MLM company that were established for the sole purpose of marketing bitcoin and get profit from it.

of course it is increasing. there are always new people who start using bitcoin and the simplest reason for that is that bitcoin is accepted by such a small portion of the word so there is always new people who find out about bitcoin and start investing until we reach mass adoption. and we can see that effect in price clearly.

I do believe we keep growing all days, this forum is just one place were people does follow and earn some bitcoins, there are others places to buy bitcoin directly as well to sold, we are growing all days as well the bitcoin price that is bringing more and more people.

what you ask -as others have pointed out- is available in the stats page to everyone what you should have asked was where do they come from, as in their IP address for example which country sends the most visitors.

i have had that problem with my friends and all those who i have introduced to bitcoin. they all face the same problems: "no place to use bitcoin" and i guess until that problem exists we will have a hard time introducing bitcoin to others.
