Honestly I think the foundation should buy this off of you for a future Bitcoin memorabilia museum at the headquarters.

Tired of substandard power distribution in your ASIC setup???   Chris' Custom Cablez will get you sorted out right!  No job too hard so PM me for a quote

Considering they make that much in two days from the 4 module Avalon Yifu dropped off, I'd agree.

I will pay 0.9 bitcoins shipped to 54501 for this video card.

I do not care that it mined block 210,000.

I will pay 0.1 bitcoins shipped to 54501 for this canvas with squiggles on it.

I do not care that it is the Mona Lisa.

I have replaced this card with a new 7970, so this precious bitcoin artifact is sitting on my shelf collecting dust.

I fail to see what the big deal is about this.  Maybe I don't have enough bitcoins to blow to care.

forgot about this for a bit.  I lowered the price on bitmit to $850

I would also be open to trades, for a handful of the USB Block Erupters

Am I missing something? What's so special about 210000?

None the less good luck selling. Smiley

I have the CPU! that found block 199542.

ahhh.. anyone else remember the good ole days when you could find blocks with a cpu?  ;p  Hell how about the days when a single gpu could find more than a block in its useful life.. I have a gpu which found a few blocks itself.

*reminisces*, and I wasn't even here as early as some of you..

I haven't been asked, and haven't thought about it.

I suppose because in consideration for his card he'd be in on the identity of Mr. Nakamoto and would be privy to some evidence he's still around, which, is likely worth quite a bit than a video card both in fair market value as well as pricelessness!

Companies claiming they got hacked and lost your coins sounds like fraud so perfect it could be called fashionable.  I never believe them.  If I ever experience the misfortune of a real intrusion, I declare I have been honest about the way I have managed the keys in Casascius Coins.  I maintain no ability to recover or reproduce the keys, not even under limitless duress or total intrusion.  Remember that trusting strangers with your coins without any recourse is, as a matter of principle, not a best practice.  Don't keep coins online. Use paper or hardware wallets instead.

I just saw this thread and picked it up from bitmit.

I do like collecting this sort of stuff and do expect to display it in my office. I remember being on IRC last Nov and telling theymos you were the guy who mined that lucky block. He was looking for you to give you that title.

I will ask that you please make the certificate and whatever else look decent as I plan to frame it all.

Thanks.

Im glad you are the one that got it.  Itll be in the mail tomorrow, or Monday.  Ill do my best to make a snazzy COA.  Any request on the size of the COA, so itll fit in the frame?

How could you possibly prove that this particular card found the block?
