As of yet I've just spent bitcoin for purchasing web hosting and domain names. Have not had enough amount to buy something big in real life with it but will do that too if it comes to that point.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

I bought some mining equipment back in 2014 and then quickly sold it to a more dedicated miner. I also bought some steam games, but mostly cheap stuff.
I don't have a steady bitcoin income so using it to buy stuff would just drain my savings.

You can buy stuffs such as phones and accessories; and others using bitcoin, just search the internet that sell items which accept btc as payment. You can also purchase services like in a messenger application to use its other or special features.

Almost a thousand dollars now. Ive been doing odd jobs with Bitcoin and, having more than I deemed necessary, went on regular shopping sprees which, I would come to regret later. I sold 1.2 Bitcoin when it was $350 aud, and now one Bitcoin is more than $1000 aud

looking for a signature campaign, dm me for that

I spend almost 0.2 worth of bitcoin from gambling and top-up my mobile phone using bitcoin and buy some data packages then download some animes. I think i wasted almost 0.1 btc from gambling but i didn't have a chance to recover it.

Spending Bitcoin is not a good idea according to me. Be it online or locally. I know that storing Bitcoin is against the idea of Bitcoin but storing Bitcoin is the best decision you can take in your lifetime.

I have started earning Bitcoin back in 2015 and at today's date I am sitting on more than 50% profit by just holding my Bitcoin. Even though I have traded in the market and grown it but my Bitcoin value has increased manifold just by holding it. So do not spend your Bitcoins instead hold on to it for another 5 years to see the real magic of bitcoin.

Saving and holding your bitcoin has rewarded many users and saved they from many scams as well. But look at some Altcoins such as
ETH, XMR, etc. If you could have invested into them at the beginning, you could have got even more returns.

Yes mostly, I spend my bitcoin on mobile topup and on my estimate it is equivalent to 0.07 BTC already and also to online games. On games I think it is nearing 0.1 BTC Smiley That is for all online games I joined.

Its risky though to hold bitcoins for a long period of time. If you are not much of a risk taker and don't have time to research, then hold tight your bitcoins. Otherwise try investing and get some profit from them.

Trading and investing are also some of the ways through which I spend Bitcoin, but for me there is no fixed value. Usually I spend when a new opportunity comes, or when the market is favorable to perform some trades, it all depends on the situation.

Well if we can spend our money something useful and not in something frivolous then I don't see anything wrong in spending our bitcoin, I know that bitcoin keeps growing and growing in value against the dollar but sometimes we need to spend it that way we also help the bitcoin economy.

I have spent recently about 1 bitcoin for buying a laptop and mobile phone for my father.
And also spent 0.3 bitcoins a while ago for buying a mobile phone for myself.

That's good to know that you have bought a lot of things because of bitcoin and that will make your father proud. I have spent somehow .2 bitcoins for gifts to my mother and brother and monthly I used to spend 0.035 for paying our utility bills I was just thinking if I did just hold all of that bitcoins maybe I was able to hold somehow big money today.

lol same here dude, I have spent so much btc maybe almost 0.3 since i started to earn from signature campaign and somehow from trading for some groceries and some of our utility bills and also for some vices such as alcoholic drinks Grin I can't Imagine that I have earned more than 0.3 and just spent it and also If I did just hold all of them maybe I have grown my coin Grin

Well I have purchased load, 300 php load monthly for internet connection. I am also buying new altcoins during ICOs using bitcoins. I also bought services such as typing services via bitcoin as payment which I needed for my business online. So to sum it up I already spent 1 btc plus in the internet but its only a small figure compare to my bitcoins that I converted to cash.
