I have another question: if I disable auto PoS mining, after all the tickets have voted I can withdraw all the DCR used to buy them, right? And I should be able to do that in 28 days on average?

Yes, correct. You will be able to withdraw ticket price + vote reward after every vote if Auto PoS is disabled.
This may take from few minutes and up to 142 days (40,960 blocks), but in average most of your tickets will vote in 28 days

I have 5 decred mined dual mining...

I have them in my exodus wallet so i was reading about this pos with tickets pool. I got it how it work but i don't get it my decred are blocked for how long?
I lose decred buying tickets continuously in the pool?
How much is the reward?

The average yield is +2.20% from every voted ticket. However, ticket price is 65-70 DCR, so you need enough coins to purchase at least one whole ticket to start voting.
