You need to hve atleast 30 activty so you can reach the next rank as a jr. member. Activity update is ewry 2 weeks so you can get 14 activity. In your case you need to wait for a month to get to the next rank.

The way activity is calculated:

The activity number is determined in this way:
time = number of two-week periods in which you've posted since your registration
activity = min(time * 14, posts)

Activity is updated every hour.

You have potential activity of 42 already (enough to reach jr. member).
You just need to post atleast 30+ so you will be jr.

Post at least once in 3 activity periods(one activity period is 2 weeks long starting on Tuesday*) and then make more than 30 posts. That should make you a Jr. member

They count as "posts" , activity will "climb upto" the posts if post count is higher than activity. It depends on the number of activity periods you have posted to determine how high your activity can go. As earlier mentioned, your "Potential activity" is 42
