Hello, I signed up some minutes ago and I want to sell a service ( gift cards obtained legally ) I read this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3629.0 but there are 2 rules... Are there other rules? Do I have to be an upgraded member or something like that to start to sell? Is it allowed to sell gift cards/service with an AutoBuy website? Thank you ( Sorry If I make this questions but this is the first time I signed up on here ) |

Selling using Autobuy website is not against the rules. Should be fine and I've seen people doing it. Not sure if people here would like that though, most of us are quite distrustful of 3rd party services. Here's the unofficial list of the rules of the entire forum. |

Visit the digital goods section and post your thread, and provide full details like the price and its also advised to use the escrow service as you re newbie without trust.

If you're selling giftcards just make sure to post your threads in the right subforum, which in your case is digital goods. Using escrow is also recommended but you'll have to find someone that'd want to deal with gift cards. |

If you are selling gift cards obtained legally then selling them here is the best way to go about it. With autobuy and escrow, you will have all sorts of problems and risks, atleast for the cards you legitly obtained. If you do decide to go down that road, then selly has a good platform for autobuy.

You really just have to be a legit seller and not a scammer. Also, for people to trust your service or you as a seller you have to give out vouch copies. So that people will trust that you are legitimate by reading reviews from reputable members of the community. |

If you do decide to sell in the forum, please learn to always check feedback/trust of the user you are dealing with to avoid scams. Especially since you're a Newbie.(You'll see the trust link below a user's name,above the ignore button.You may also click on the "show ratings" found in the trust page to see all feedback left by fellow users.) Additionally, if you see this sort of message beside the trust link,-2: -1 / +0 Warning: Trade with extreme caution! it means the person you are dealing with has been given negative feedback by the Default Trust Members of the forum.(Due to scams and the like) So be extra careful and use escrow.
Welcome to the forum and please use escrow, always. (the links have already been provided)

Op, there are no rules regarding level of your account. Your first post here could be offer or presentation of your service.
You need however be aware of limitations of newbie account: your posting is limited to one post per 5 minutes (IIRC), you can't post any images and some of your links can be cut off.
All these limits will be lifted when you reach junior member status.
Also remember that you can bump your thread only once every 24h and it is nice if you delete previous bump.

just open a topic in the correct section about your sale
but people may mistrust you if you can't prove that the cards are legal they might neg trust you

You can sell "everything" here, your rank don't matter, is just to avoid scammers, after you make some sells, for sure you will have a better reputation, don't matter you rank...
Since you are new and none will send first, just use escrow, you can find someone that can make it for free for you. After you got some reputation, ask users to send first.

I recommend to use escrow at the beginning because people don't trust new users here. Make a good price for your gift cards and give some trust members a vouch copy. They can leave their feedback in your thread. This will helps you.

Escrowing your transactions might be a great idea and suggestion. However, this will cost more money on your part or the buyer's. It might discourage people to buy from you if they pay for more because of escrow.
Regards the autobuy website, it is allowed in the forum. However, it's harder to convince people to buy from you than trading with them directly. Using autobuy may seem scammy for some people. So watchout for that.

The thing is that they will doubt about your reputation since you are just a newbie and it will make you find difficult to sell that in a short period of time. But, hiring an escrow will make your job a bit easier. Why not try it? Now, about the auto buy. I don't think we have it here. (Not sure) |
