Ok one more question since I found a work around for the multible cores running...

How do I know they are mining?
I found blocks with Linux servers and could see they were running the CPU at 100% but these two windows cores are running at 25% each. Is that right?
I entered only the following in my IoP.conf:
-gen=1
-minerWhiteListAddress=p77zuHdrsoE6QengoUW37jRFshnHmo3V1p

is that correct? I also typed generate 1 in the wallet command line

ok so I got both cores to mine by adding this to the conf:
rpcport=12349(I made this number up randomly)
testnet=0
daemon=1
listenonion=0
server=1
gen=1
minerwhitelistaddress=p77zuHdrsoE6QengoUW37jRFshnHmo3V1p(my address use your own else think you will be mining for me:) )

for the other conf I skipped the port just let it use the default and changed the minerwhitelistaddress.

I then still ran generate 1 in the wallet command counsel and it started maxing out the CPU cores! yeaaa

NOW ONE FINAL QUESTION: How can I slightly reduce the CPU usage? Because getting the CPU maxed out killed my 3 GPU's running ETH and that's a deal breaker
Edit: found answer to this too lol, just set  your miner priority in task manager to realtime and it will take precedence over the CPU IoP mining as needed.

Can you tell me how to install IoP in linux server?

I really appreciate your efforts for supporting and encouraging me, but:
1)I can't run the node 24/7
2)have quite a small technical skills

maybe I jump in at this point, that it does not go into the wrong direction because of a misunderstanding:

1.) Dont need to.  It is like Bitcoin in the early days. You can mine propably 10-50 IoP Token just with a 24/7 normal i7 Computer. So in your case it may go down to 1-10 IoP.
2.) technical skill are not needed. Have you ever used an Bitcoin Wallet? It is the same. just put in the IoP.conf your whitelisted Mining Address, dont turn the PC off and thats it. As IoPd only uses one CPU you can do all your work and maybe even do heavy gaming without a problem!
3.) Are you the guy that tried to edit our Fermat Chapters Document with something with running Offices, Building Company and sth like that?

Let me make this clear and please, read the OP CAREFULLY again:

We only need ONE Representative (running a full chapter) per COUNTRY. This is at 98% not the right job for anybody as this involves more action like organizing Meetups, etc., behaving more or less like an entity than individual.

BUT ANYBODY CAN START MINING IoP now, if he is doing something of Value for Fermat.

For example, running a twitter channel. facebook page, etc... no technical skills needed. Not needed to setup chapter

Individuals fill in the Spreadsheet by comments, ignore the Chapters Fields in the beginning, put in your name and the Link to your contribution and you are good to go.

So if you have fun with Social Media or writing, claim your spot and we put your Wallet on a whitelist address and you can mine. From home, from your PC.

All I understood from those tons of text on GoogleDocs is the only way to mine IoP is to run your node. Correct?

Well, mining is open now to those, that do something of value for Fermat. See it as a closed public beta phase. Once we passed the new feature releases and have the new Apps up und running, we open mining to the public. Then mining will not depend on whitelisting anymore, but is possible with a simple klick in Options.

If you are occupied with tasks in different projects, or you dont want to invest any time in fermat, then you have to stay out, until we open to the world, I am sorry.

Look if there is still some licences free.
Ask the Chapter president if you can help (and get a miing licence)

Easy. Make a backup of your wallet and delete the IoP Folder (Explorer --> %APPDATA%) and start with the procedure:

at first start it asks you sth about the folder to start in. DONT choose default folder, ust make a new folder call it main1. then start IoP-qt. Then start another IoP-qt and put this in folder main2.

Ok should be that simple but it's not. I am using windows 10. Here is what I did:

-I backedup/deleted old IoP folder
-started IoP-qt in wallet 1 folder
-directed it to create a folder in appdata roaming etc. called IoP-W1 and it started to sync
-started IoP-qt in wallet 2 folder then...
-CRASH says can not obtain a lock on directory IoP-W1.IoP core is probabaly already running. Does not let me create a separate folder?

any ideas?

I was looking for the IoP folder in the registry you can search for it within the registry then within that folder is the IoP-qt folder. Within that folder I looked for the strDatDir line and opened it. I changed the location for it to locate the wallet.dat folder. I had two wallet.dat folders named Iop-W1 and Iop-W2. when you launch the IoP-qt app it will look at that strDatDir string to locate the wallet.dat. I just swithched back and forth (IoP-W1 ,IoP-W2)to open both wallets.
Good luck there are probably better ways to do what I did I was just impatient to wait for a correct answer and don't recommend messing with your registry in general
