The most of collected funds will be used for building bankroll. We believe it's better to pay our investors in the form of dividends instead of having open bankroll so anyone can invest anytime and make the other investments less profitable.

That's the main motivation.

We have a site running @ ico.betbase.io. It's running on different servers than our main site (betbase.io) for case of connectivity problems.

So I think you just misread the end part of domain name (it's not .com but .io).

Good point, you are right, it is a direct conflict of interest that a member of the own team acts as the escrow.  Is it common?
