- It seems you need payment first, that is fine. Many other people are flexible with this. Suggesting you to accept payments after services at least for high rank members.

Your concerns are right. OP is still a newbie and may not get chances to know about the dangers of accepting PayPal payments. I believe we must get them resources to learn on how to provide a services securely among scammers.

Ok we can't choose the country but there is at least a hint of where is that country? some services won't accept asian numbers or require european or usa numbers... there's at least a list of the countries? That could be really useful.
