How do you know that the one who was scammed is telling the truth? Have you received any proofs from pm's actually happened or else the user who say they got scammed is the one who hacked this legendary account.

Sad and sorry for the loss of that guy who got scammed.

I just have a question with you OP, why are you posting this here? You weren't the one who got scammed but BitcoinMarshal which he has already opened a scam accusation here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1695711.0. Kind of a double posting if you ask me. Another point is that you are not the party interested here. But the one scammed.

Though, I would commend you for helping the community in prevent scams.

In this case, the (justified) negative feedback is moot.  The scammer already got his coins, and probably will not login to the account again.

Exactly but if you take a look at scammers thread you understand that he tried to scam me too and I was about to send him 3 BTC OK but I think that let's try his services so I send him .05 BTC for check and he still not pay me in Nettller and I have all that proof and once the original owner provide me proof that his account is back to him then I remove it and uptade you guys about it

You could have posted that you were one of the victims here and not just posted the other guy's demise. But regardless, sorry for your loss. I looked at the trust of the scammed and saw that he was once a trusted exchange here on the forums. Sad to see that the account scammed people.

In this case, the (justified) negative feedback is moot.  The scammer already got his coins, and probably will not login to the account again.

True, we won't be seeing him around anymore. Probably he has more than one trusted account he can use to scam people. We all better be on the lookout.

I am the original owner of the account and my account was hacked. Here are the details of what happened https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1695889.0 Please move your discussion there.
@OP Thanks God, you were intelligent enough that you didn't send any large amount without verifying. The other victim sent 1.5BTC to the hacker.
