if you are really sure about this and got some proof which is i saw that it is solid proof. Then you might to post on scam accusation on them. 1k euro is not worth compare to the site that they build so long. They will lose everything after some red trust on them. Probably, you didn’t know, that the username is updated at Intercom each time, when you login to different accounts, even if you use VPN to hide the identify.

It is a good suggestion, I have to agree that chat with too much spammers is kinda annoying. Another way could be something like a requirement to be able to chat. Maybe with a wagered amount requirement, I wouldn't be surprised if the spammers will stay as long as possible if there is no strict rules.
Spammers should not even eligible for any rains, so adding a new chat for players with low wagered amount with smaller rain amount would be a win-win solution for all players.
