Your friend should contact admin as soon as possible if he really got hacked. It is not enough if you just inform like this, admin will needs more credentials to solve if your friend want to get his account back. At least he need prove ownership of the account before he get his account back.

Very good correction, we saw the whole movement of him, he tried to deceive the people by saying that XEM were his, but now we know that it was just a bug.

There is no way to calculate when is the more chance for jackpot.
You need to hit last 6 digits of ID that will be equal to the last 6 digits of Result Number.
This give you full of random chance. Sometimes you can hit with first bet sometimes after 1mln all depends from your luck
