There's only me officially employed at the moment but I have put together a team last week of 3 developers who are working on a trial period.

I pay tax already. I am incorporated. However a new company would most likely need to be formed if the ICO is successful.

I checked this address. But, at the time of my last post, there was BTC 194.45670739 in it. Now, I see another Tx is added to make it exact 210.17386079...

Ok. I was just confused whether I'm seeing the right address.

In OP, it is stated that "BetKing will create 100,000,000 tokens (100 million) to represent 100% shares of BetKing." Does it mean BetKing will issue a new pre-mined alt coin with max supply of 100 million?

If yes, will users need to have that alt coin client and dividend be paid in the same alt coin as well?

If no, will the token ownership only be authenticated through BetKing's centralized DB?

That is yet to be decided. I would like the alt coin one as then you can trade on exchanges. But it might be only on site (which would be easiest).
This needs some small clarification still from lawyer before I can make the decision but will be made before ICO end.

The only thing to note is after the ICO fund raising period ends you won't be able to invest more directly. You should be able to buy shares off others if someone is selling though.

Unless you mean invest and see how close we get to target before the end of the ICO period?

Agreed. That's the route I'm looking to most likely take. Will announce more in the next week on that decision but you will definitely be able to trade your  shares after the ICO.
