Just to say I've invested and fully support & trust BetKing/Dean. Been invested in the bankroll for a few years now and never had a problem (and also been betting on the site on and off). Should be good to see what the ICO holds in store for the future..

Profits hopefully. Lots of them. Now if the bitcoin blockchain can find a few more blocks before I die that would be great because I also invested in the pure vidz coin and id like to see my investment show up. I sent it about 40 minutes ago and it only has 1 confirmation.

Yep, I posted in the OP I would update it daily. I thought I'd be trusted enough to let 15 coins wait a little bit considering I just divested 6000 Ok. I was just confused whether I'm seeing the right address. In OP, it is stated that "BetKing will create 100,000,000 tokens (100 million) to represent 100% shares of BetKing." Does it mean BetKing will issue a new pre-mined alt coin with max supply of 100 million? If yes, will users need to have that alt coin client and dividend be paid in the same alt coin as well? If no, will the token ownership only be authenticated through BetKing's centralized DB? That is yet to be decided. I would like the alt coin one as then you can trade on exchanges. But it might be only on site (which would be easiest). This needs some small clarification still from lawyer before I can make the decision but will be made before ICO end. Would be best to have a tradeable coin, I would think - then it acts more like a stock where people can determine real market value for it Agreed. That's the route I'm looking to most likely take. Will announce more in the next week on that decision but you will definitely be able to trade your shares after the ICO. Thanks Any information you can give out like a real IPO would in a prospectus? Cash flows with dates, terms, etc? I'd like to do a little analysis if possible

But the total raised is now 423.31418701
(apparently that isn't important information?)

Why mod deleted? 423 is very big, most of them must the previous bankroll investors, will you list the token/coin to exchange? Betking is the most profitable casino AFAIK, if the token can be trading, that will be damn awesome

So I'm used to investing in businesses.
I usually see a financial statement.
Showing revenue, expenses and profit/loss.
Do you have anything like this available Dean?
For all we know you as the CEO could get paid 3000 BTC a year, and there is nothing any of us could really say about it.
Without a clear picture of the revenue and expenses its really hard to invest.

AFAIK the information we have is data from https://dicesites.com/betking from 2014/11/2 to date. Revenue is, on average, some percentage of bets - house edge, different for every kind of game. Outlays not known. Estimate growth rate and the minimum ROI you need to invest. If the value of BetKing comes to more than 7000 BTC and you trust Dean, you are good to go. For all we know you as the CEO could get paid 3000 BTC a year, and there is nothing any of us could really say about it. I think Dean cannot pay himself 3000 BTC without the consent of majority investors. but he owns 70% stake, idk

Obviously this offers no protection here - but it does serve as a little safety net for the future

Doesn't mean it's a good investment though. Either way, could not be the biggest scam ever. Far from it.

Before, sure, he could have walked away with more bitcoins from the bankroll at any point in time, but he was also paying out a higher % of the profits. Now, he's only paying out 30%, so he'll make more that way and there is money in the bankroll. Of course, this is all pure speculation, and BK is about as trustworthy as it gets in this business
