FYI, my balance on the site shows my BTC, but when i go to withdraw it says Balance: 0

Can you try refresh or log out then back in? Had reports it was an issue if trying from account page. Maybe make sure you are on the dice page?

Yeah from the dice page it seems to work.

FYI, the withdrawl seems to have "gone through" as my balance shows 0 now, but my wallet hasn't received any transaction, blockchain doesnt show anything broadcast to that address either.

I had an identical experience to you. 0 balance, go to Dice, withdraw now shows balance, max, withdraw, no broadcast.

Update: It came through a bit later than I'd expect. Probably BTC congestion. All seems good.

Thats what sucks about taking time off from the forums. You end up missing a lot. I caught this sale early in the month and really wanted to get involved. Why was it canceled and will a new one be started soon

Well wtf, everyone is giving me drips and drabs. What happened, why is the site shutting down and if they are why is betking still up and running.

I think its because he got hacked but im not entirely sure what happened or who it happened.

So what if some people want their btc back. Do another ico and let's try again. I love playing on your site and id love nothing more then to own some of it too.
Please think seriously about doing another ico.

I think if you did another ICO in the new year with a bit of warning you would easily get the 2k BTC you are after.

However,
If your position is (which I think) - you want a break and to try something new that's understandable.

I think you are right. The ICO was rushed, no warning and took 1-2 weeks to really get people understanding what was going on.
Plus it was bad timing with it being the end of the year and Bitcoin increased 25-30% during it.
If I had have stated the amount in £ or $ instead of Bitcoin I probably would have had more success.

I've only recently come across BetKing, when I ran a short signature campaign for Dean.
I'm usually not fan of big words, but I respect the decision dean made.
After all, personal things are the most important. Maybe he could have made more profit going on as it was, but what's that worth if you're unhappy in the end.

Well, well. I cannot say that everything came as a surprise.
I was 3% of Deans bankroll and was a fervent oponent of the ICO, because it was really badly explained and I think that Dean did a really bad job in communicating and administration.. sorry Dean.
 After you deleted two of my posts in this forum with questions I did invest in Satoshidice and Moneypot and am more or less happy and never visited this forum... Now I come back.. target of 2k Btc has not been met.. by far.. which was no surprise...Would have really surprised me IF so many people give so much money to such a flimsy proposal.. But.. you never know.
That Dean got unlucky with his IT security ie. HACKED leaves me very worried....
Well.. Now.. shutting down the site is a real act of value destruction which makes me think that Dean must have a depression.
Since he always treated me nicely (not considering deleting my two threads here in this forum) I wish him a fast recovery.

Dean, you previously got some offers for selling betking.io. Why don't you sell to the highest bidder? Even if it is less than you always wanted. Selling and getting something is better than now closing down and getting nothing. That's irrational.

It's unfortunate to see a project like this go that's been around for so long, does this spell trouble for the Bitcoin gambling industry and it's over saturation?
