Hi, I hae to clear if posting in locals are not counted? It only says that non-english post are excluded but so if posts in locals are in english, it will still count? Is that right?
Also about the 20 words thing, so if I make a constructive post in a question which requires a simple straight answer that'll onlyneed 5-10 words, it'll count as a spam?

I guess I'll consider posts in locals if they are in English. It depends though. Posts less than 20 words will not be flagged as spam but not included in valid posts either.
