Currently the site's homepage shows that it is under maintenance.
From what i can conclude from the few reviews i read, it is not a scam. It is a revenue sharing site that require the user to buy some some ad packs and then earn some profit on it. As revenue sharing is risky too with a possibility to lose money, i think that's why people marked it as scam.
Or maybe as the site's features can't be reached, it can be termed as scam.

well i  dont think that the site is totally scam.it is under scam .it may be a ponzi site but not totally  sure about .its all about high investment and maybe its  of huge risk ,well i would suggest u not to risk ur hard earned money into some websites u dont totally and other people who have used it .why dont u get into other websites.
