You need a trusted escrow to work at your site? Doesn't make sense, AFAIK the only reason why people need an escrow just because they want to buy/sell something and ask escrow for avoid they getting scammed.

An escrow provider must be an independent 3rd party, they can provide an escrow service to your customers at a fee but could not be directly on your company payroll because then he would no longer be an independent operator, he would effectively be your employee.

Now also just because he can be the recommended escrow provider of your site any person can opt to use a different escrow provider, the escrow agent that is always used in deals is the one the both parties agree on.
