User emailed me a link to download a copy of the pdf he is selling here. It appears to be a simple Social Engineering trick, not a real product or method to "earn" XBL Codes.

They wouldn't use it most likely for it's greyhat or none of their interest. The method still works though as they do mention. So if you want GC the method will work.
