As kolloh said, BitDice team just added new slot games, the "Daily Treasure Chest" and they constantly update the site.
I think that we can wait until they add another game or some new feature. For sure Alex and his team have a lot of work already with these additions, so a little bit patience from our side (players i mean) it's not such a problem.

You can still send him a PM here. With screenshots and a clear description of your issue, personally i think it is better to contact them on bitcointalk.
Or as suggested, you can send them an eamil, or talk in the chat, or use the contact form. Bitdice doesn't have a ticket system, or i didn't found it yet.

I had the same issue with using this browser.
