I don't see that issue here. Could it be a bad internet connection? I think the site disconnects if you lose connection for a certain amount of time. (10 seconds maybe?)

Well, we have up to 50 users online, they do not have this issue. Are you sure you are not trying to open site on different tab or browser? It will close your other session. If you aren't please write me your browser and os name and version so I can check it, our email is: contact@bitdice.me.

I know that Endrophina currently working on the HTML games, they actually already have them as DEMO on their own website, but they was not released yet as production games. We expect them to do this within a month or so.. Unfortunately I can not affect speed loading as you load games from Endorphina and not from BitDice

Yeah I actually opened the site from different tabs to read other stuff in your site like the bonuses and Terms of Service. Other users experienced the same thing when I asked them during trivia time but the total users online at that time were like below 40.

Interesting information, where you were incorporated? I never saw nor heard any information about it.

Also with DiceNow I do not agree we can compare it, as there were several bankrolls and user had to choice on which one he wants to bet (1xKelly,3xKelly), after our implementation it was added to your site and JustDice.

This is not the case with Endrophina slots, as simply having a RNG certificate doesn't mean it's provably fair, since they can easily change the code without anyone knowing. While I don't think they would cheat, it's a possibility and they can cheat without being detected.

EDIT: Lossback basically means you get a percentage of your losses back. The % isn't very high, I'm level 5 and it's 0.033%.

As far as I'm aware all of the games of their own will be provably fair but indeed can't say that for the slot games currently on the site. This and the fact that the house edge is obviously not 1% on the slot games should be mentioned on the site. I'll be sure to mention this to Alex when I see him (he will probably read your reply anyway though).

While it is certainly not critical, the rainbot has been stuck going over and over again and not paying out.  Would you consider giving the mods a special command to reach you when site issues arise that they can't handle?

For any of you regulars, how long does it take for Satoshi's Secret to start? I got an i3, but it takes about 5 minutes each time to open. WHen I refresh or re-open the browser I again have to wait the 5 minutes.
