Longest bitcoin transaction that you have waited?

I had to wait about 18h when I accidently sent an extremely low fee. I think it was about 7 or 9 Satoshis/byte so it was obvious why it took when I relalized what I had done.

I think the longest rransaction that i have waited is almost 2 days. I really need that to buy something but i am really need in money so i have no choice to borrow money from my friend. Other bitcoiner friend said to it is because of those hyips that pays hourly makes the blockchain transaction slow.

 i know what you feel  it been happens to me when I move funds exchanger (bittrex)  to another exchanger (poloniex) I waiting one day for the funds to in exchanger but

Over a day, at the time i have got trap by the spam transaction which means my inputs wasn't taking my transaction in the highest priority.
A long time gets useless just for waiting for it.

as far as i make transaction in bitcoin, my longest time transaction for completing the transaction is about 3 hours and its really makes me worried that its failed to get success but after i see the transaction is work after 3 confirmation then i am sure it will be completed in some times, and i only check in every hours until its really completed.

My longest was like 3 days or 4 days of waiting. Most people panic when they don't receive their coins almost instantly. Unlike them, I didn't mind it at all since I know personally who the sender is. If it gets cancelled or if I end up not receiving it, then it's okay. Almost everyone that uses blockchain wallet had a problem at that time.

Even when the bitcoin transaction sometimes take a long time, it's okay to me because I still have some coins to use in my wallet. I don't spend all of them, I save some of them.

Well this is not a huge amount but this was the first time that i've experience more than 24hrs of bitcoin transaction waiting period and until know i haven't receive it yet. I was actually thinking that this is something bad. Well i know that it would varies on the miners and there were there issues last month about too much unconfirmed transactions.

No,that would primary vary on the transaction fees.In my experience,as long as the transaction fees were good enough I never had to wait longer than 3 hours for the transactions I ever broadcasted except for the time where there were network issues and confirmation timings were slogging for everybody.

I think that the longest time i had to wait for confirmation was around 3 hours.

Not a big deal for me.I don`t know what`s going on with those unconfirmed transactions.

A few months ago I think about more than 6 months ago I faced the same issue and that was not a much higher amount but I was only sending about 0.12 BTC to one of my exchange address and for that I wait about more than 24 hours I was wonder that why is it happening but after coming here on this forum I found from one of the post that the crowd of transactions is much higher in these hours that is why that delay is occurring.

As for longest transactions,
I didn't really ever have a long transactions as I would always put my fee to highest amount possible, maybe mine was set around 150 satoshi/byte
The longest one took me about 3 hours to confirm but that rarely happen

Actually almost all of my bitcoin transactions is fast enough ( that is my opinion it's take about 5 until 15 minutes ) . But i ever see my bitcoin transactions take a long time, i waited confirmation of my transactions about 2 hours, that's problem happened to me more than six months ago and may be it was happened when the traffic was high.

It was just a test transaction, but I once sent 0.15BTC without any fees to one of my other wallets, and it didn't get confirmed at all. It took around 2 days before the coins showed up again in the wallet the coins were sent from. I know I could simply double spend these coins with this time an appropriate fee, but it was just a test so I had no reason to do so. If I look at the longest I have had to wait for with a normal transaction, then it's around 6 hours. But it wasn't a big deal for me as it didn't have any priority.

Personally i once had to wait around 4 hrs for one transaction, i couldn't find the txid atm it was several months ago, but I think my wait is less compared to to what other people are showing I usually send sufficient fees so it never takes more than 30mins for my tx to confirm.

The longest wait time for confirmation I had with bitcoin is for 48 hours, and that is for a 0.025 btc. Idk but I have put the suggested amount of fee for that transaction however it's just that during that two-day period, there were clogs in the network for transactions (it actually reached 40k+ transactions in the mempool.) I was so pissed of back then but I have nothing to do so I just let it be and forgot about it for another day and afterwards I just received it in my account.

I don't exactly remember but once i sent 1 bitcoin to my bitcoin exchange and the size of transaction was high and i have put very low fees (0.0001) the transaction was in medium priority and it took around 3-4 Hours to get confirmed and it was the worst day of mine because i needed that money very badly. After that day i started putting around 0.003-0.005 or at least 0.0002 fees on every transaction.

 6 weeks ..was a micro transaction test amount I sent using a new wallet with 'barely' any fee at all...had a 2nd similar one at that same time..still waiting on that one ..(we are talking 30c range more or less for both) .still waiting on that one been 2 years lol

It was a 1 and a half day, but, I it's fine with me. I understand that there are times where there are simultaneous transactions. I just patiently waiting and making updates what is happening and just understand the situation. What matters is my bitcoin is still safe, and that is the most important thing.
