I deposited funds through international wire transfer a month ago (which hasn't shown up on my account), opened at least 10 tickets, and no answer. It is getting to be ridicilous. I will try the Skype, but I have a feeling it will be a scam as well. This site is horrible with the way they manage ''other people's'' money, plain and simple. The ''hero member'' they have here is the same, you send 5 messages, no answer.

Just FYI they don't list skype as a contact option anymore.

Ok, it's good you said that. So should I expect the user on skype to be a fake? I will not even add them if so.
It won't be fake.Just the % of getting someone online in skype is 0.01% because it is not listed anymore at contact details.
Maby because most of the peoples use skype to contact them faster than tickets and it was high spammed.
Yeah they are slow, but if u rush them a bit they fix every issue.

If you start at /profile#funds (where you did the request) look for "Transactions history" (at the bottom)
Click that button and look for your unconfirmed withdrawal request.
You have the option of cancelling (which puts the funds back into your account instantly)

I would make sure the email address is correct and make a new request after cancelling the old one.*
*Did you make sure you don't have the email in your spam folder?
I've removed coins from BTC-e at least 25 times and never had a problem.

You do know that you are writing in a thread that is 2 years old, right?

Their new address is http://www.btc-e.nz

They will ask you to reset your password on the first login. You will receive a link to the email address which is connected to your btc-e account.
But don't expect to much as deposits/withdraws are disabled and trading is not possible as of yet.
