I have some ideas on play altcoin market.

we select some coin in bittrex and poloniex the volume of transactions is still small, we move the market so as volume up and trigger other traders opted to buy.
after we buy coin when the volume is still small sell orders that do not put no weight on the support to buy because it was blocked quite a lot of sell orders.

after the transaction volume increased 10 fold we see the movement of the coin.
if we want to sell the coin that we have to buy in early at a cheap price, try selling coin if it was an instant only, because let us not interfere with the movement of the coin for a ride.

maybe i can give the examples. we buy xdn, in poloniex there is big volume, and in bittrex have medium volume. when the traders see the trigger and want to follow to buy, then the other traders will look for this change and will buy. but if the OP wants to make arbitrage, then i think we should thinking about the time for sending and receiving into our wallet. its a good idea, but sometimes, if one market suddenly have a big transactions, then the other market will suspicious and they can close for deposit into the wallet coins. but i think the OP should explain with details about his idea.

Sound more like you are talking about private pumper group to manually pump some low volume coin to scam others. You need to have really high bankroll as well as have to use some bots to automate whole trading process but there is also risk of lossing so much if some big bag holder of that coin came to know that the coin he is holding is pumping without any reason, he will just load his coin and dump on peak price before you and your group start selling.  

Many scam coin developer are actually using same strategy you are talking about many times to dump their shit coins on newbie traders.

It can be possible if OP intended to just simply lift up a coin to make it looks thats its pumping then after many traders follows its time for it to sell holdings but its really hard if whales will chase after us or play with us its a risky investment and needs to be study before proceeding.

rather than to make a balance between the market price of poloniex and bittrex, i will prefer to just play in one market but this idea can be done if for examples there is 10 people in one group, then we split for group A for 5 people to make buy in poloniex, and then group B for 5 people to make buy in bittrex. then it can be work to lift up the price on each market. maybe the simple is like this bro.

that never ends well for anyone, you will be tagged and be banned specially since I see lots of brand new accounts (most probably your own alts) and lots of other breaking of rules, and also for others who join in it means they should buy into your sell orders that you have places before announcing. in other words loss for them.

in fact it is hard to pump some coins even it has little volume in market, and what can we expect from new account that ask people to join in a pump project because we all know that it always end with people that get trapped by it. but good luck for you

Its not just ridiculous idea because manipulation is real in altcoin trading, many whales try to make fake volume and price pump to lure other newbie traders to join them so that later on they can dump all their coins.

I have lost many times due to this type of fake pump and dump in past, but now i try to only trade with high volume coins so that there will be no any group trying to just pump and dump any random coin. You can see how your idea of pumping random coin works in reality in yobit.

i think its interesting idea but maybe it could work with private group and not for open group and each person will have much of stock not just having big amount of bitcoin and altcoins like Victorycoin said so that group can play with the price and the market. but i think its still difficult to tried with low volume of the coins because the devs will not keep silent for this and only watch the coins being played by some group of traders and i am sure that the devs will make anticipation for this.

Oh ok i have got it, yes you are right it is needs major traders and large of capital. It is bad idea in my opinion because we don't know which the coins are not scam coins except 5 big coins on https://coinmarketcap.com unfortunately will need very very much money if we choose them.

is good is only diference price in coin and support two market in poloniex and bitrex

and why aribitrase you idear not compare about price, but compare only volume transaction, if price same you can't profit, so is lost withdraw fee and trading fee
