Hi,

Has anyone had problems with the site btc-e.com and resetting passwords? I never get my reset password email and yes i've looked in the spam folder...

I tried resetting my password and I got email so no problem whit it. Are you sure you write your email address correct?

BTC-E have had recent problems with email, try again, probably to another address.
