Rather than hiring somebody, keep a signature creation contest and announce bounties.
You will see a lot of designs being generated and you can select the best ones.

Try to rise up some signature contest so you can choose good designs ahead and i think thats the best thing you can do, rather than hiring someone that you can only select 1 design at the moment, and also if you need some manager to run your campaign well much better for you to hire reputed manager that can help you out for runnung it, choose yahoo as your campaign manager since he is a top manager for now and can truly you with less hassle.

Like someone already said. You'll get more options if you were to open a contest instead of asking someone to create the designs for you. Tho it will save you time to just ask someone, I think a contest will save you a bit more money compared to hiring one.
If you chose to hire someone tho, I'll suggest you to check jayces' design and SFR10s'.
