ok joined the ICO, but only 1btc sent. btw what is the minimum for this ICO to be successfull ?
900 BTC Probably more btc will come at the end if we can keep the same 15% bonus. Maybe we dont have hype right now because there is no bounty. Anyway I think we should continue even with less than 900btc and go to the market than make hype for the second ICO round |

That is without is important to invest now. We do have a bounty. See the previous pages in this thread. |

The market price of ADL will be determined at the end of the ICO. This value will be calculated based on the total BTC collected, divided by 28,333,333 ADL coins (to establish the value of BTC per ADL). This will also determine the EUR (European dollar) value per ADL based on the BTC exchange rate at the end of the ICO. |

1) If adelphoid gains or loses in value how does it related to the funded companies? For example one company may raise 200BTC worth of adelphoid but when they start and incorporate find out that they only have 50BTC because of adeplhoid price fluctuation. This would be detrimental don't you think?
2) When you say you will fund projects, do you actually become a shareholder of the project and receive a stake of their profits? Can you explain this a bit because I think it's confusing point?

@snowboard789 1) Project seed funding will be activated once the second investment vehicle is established after the ICO. This will introduce a new token called Adelshare (ADS). And a member's ADL will be used to buy ADS to seed fund the project. So the fluctuation in BTC only applies during the window of that funding round, and unless there are drastic fluctuations in BTC in a one month (or so) period, then we don't anticipate this to be a big issue. Certainly, we can't predict the future, so we will only be able to work out a contingency around the time of the funding round. For example, if we see a drastic fluctuation in BTC market value over a one month period, then we may seek to issue an additional 20% ADS, just to mitigate that fluctuation. (But there may be other ways to do it as well). 2) Yes, once the investment vehicle is established with a legal license and legal entity, then members will buy ADS (using their ADL) and become equity owners in projects. Profits from these projects will then be paid back to members in ADL (which can be then traded on the exchanges, purchase other products or services in the community, or be used to increase their voting power - whatever they decide). Members also have an opportunity to be employed in projects, thus getting salary in ADL as well. Let us know if this helps. -- Gabriel |

This is the first time I'm hearing that. Please advise where you received this information. Regardless, Adel is blockchain agnostic, so if necessary we would port the platform onto any blockchain if necessary. Any project launched in Adel can also be on any blockchain. |
