I want to start buying equipment and work for my money, I have time, money and free energy. Yes I do not pay for electric bills nor get monitored of what I use or why I use it.
with this advantage I can make a good amount of profit, and with the equipment out there they all care about electric bills, I don't. Anyone is willing to experiment with my situation?

I have enough money for most equipment out there, but I do not want to pay for equipment that is more expensive just because they can use less watts, again, I do not care about electric bills, I do not pay any.

Do you have consistent, reliable Internet access? What about temperature and other environmental?

Disposing of IED's sounds very remote and possibly inhospitable. It also sounds like somebody might eventually care about electricity consumption of any serious scale.

Also, am I able to use those miners for something else rather than just BITCOINS? like other currencies ?

Yes, but only SHA256 currencies - you can find these easily by just searching the word. You can only use the miner on that one algo, if you want more flexibility and possibly more profit, gpu mining is nice. GPUs can switch algos easily and can be resold for quite a lot as they have uses beyond mining.

I wouldn't recommend the R4 at all, use it only if you have big problems with noise as I don't think it's worth paying a premium for sound.
