[BitInstant] "Order Executed" no deposit.

Not sure where to post this exactly, figured it would be best here as I doubt they are trying to scam.
Anyway, about 3 days ago I decided it was time to sell my bitcoins. I went to MtGox and sent my bitcoins there, then generated the bitinstant coupon. I wanted my money to be sent in paypal so I filled out all that stuff. I then received an email that said my order was executed and whatnot, yet I had not recieved my money yet. I figured there was just some sort of delay, however more than 24hrs later I still had not received my money. I sent an email and recieved no reply, tried the so-called "live chat" which turned out to just be an email form. 48hrs later still nothing, so I sent another mail. It has now been almost a full 72hrs with no response or deposit. If this is a usual occurrence, I will find somewhere else to exchange my btc.

Anyone have any idea what I should do now/who I should contact?

Similar issue here. Deposited my cash from Dwolla to bitinstant to be converted to bitcoins over 24 hours ago. Never received any confirmation e-mail from bitinstant. My order ID status is stuck at "MTGox Order loading". Sent 2 e-mails to bitinstant via live chat last night and today. No response from either.

Wonder if I can do a charge back with Dwolla.

EpicBlood, it appears that this problem is happening to hundreds of people. So far I've yet to see a single person have their missing money issue resolved.

I really hate to be so cynical, but if I had to guess right now the bitinstant owners are cashing out and moving to the caribbean.

But now I am livid, not just because its been nearly 3 days now, but because you are again accepting transfers to BitStamp!

How about you pay your existing orders before you take new ones.  This is the line that you crossed.  It makes you a scammer.

Is MTGox out of bitcoins? I don't see how my order is stuck. You accepted my cash, shouldn't have been hard to buy bitcoins on mtgox with it and send them to me. Sure hope you honor the original price when I placed the order at ~$180/coin without me having to open another support ticket to complain.
