I have the same kind of problem!
They took paypal off their site?
I saw the Paypal "Reserves are up" message at the bottom of the main page. How is this a good thing of things to come?
I had better get my cash back...
Yea, you can only be paid to MTGox or Bitcoin atm I just noticed this! This means their service channels are dysfunctional....not good. I just PM'd the CEO (Yankee) with my order details: =========================== Hi,

I did same, Told them they could give me back in Bitcoin amount equal to what market price was at time of transaction (would be 1 BTC) no reply yet though.

I got screwed pretty good. They finally manually pushed my bitcoin buy through at $255/coin right before the crash even though the price when I bought was $185. So I got 25% less coins than I should have and by the time I received the BTC in my account the price had already fallen to $160 before I could sell.

I have waited more than 4 weeks. It's is pretty clear BitInstant is a scam now. More and more customers add up with missing deposits. Email replies from BitInstant are stalling or just confusing. Probably they were hacked to the point they now know they are going down and now the are collecting as much they can, before they go out of business.
