Hi i would like to ask about the affiliate how it works also i don't understand about Long cookie duration and why needs to wait for 6 month before credited?
I am planing to promote with the affiliate into blog or in other forums..

I am planing to promote with the affiliate into blog or in other forums..
"Long cookie duration. If a customer comes from your site to ours, and then comes back to bet six months later, you get credit." This means that if you send us a visitor today and that visitor doesn't sign up with us on his first visit, but after 6 months the same visitor comes back on our website and signs up, you'd still get your affiliate commissions for that player. For all players referred to us, the affiliate receives commissions immediately, not after 6 months. Commissions are paid out on a monthly basis. |

I'm trying to understand how the first deposit bonus works but still unable to do that , so hopefully you can give me more details
I tried to place a bet with my bonus balance and an error showed up saying that I should bet my main balance first and that's the part that I don't understand
does it mean that for every bet with the bonus balance I should bet with my main balance first , or does it mean that I have to lose my main balance first in order to start betting with bonus

Hi SyGambler, as described on https://powerbet.io/pages/promotions, in order to activate the bonus balance for betting, the player has to place bets from player balance (deposit/main balance) equal to the bonus amount. Once this 1X rollover from player balance has been achieved, the bonus balance becomes available for betting. |
