Please help me! I deposited and placed a bet with my full deposited amount on a odd higher then 1.60 and lost the bet.
Now i activate the bonus its shown in the balance BUT I CANT BET WITH IT NO MATTER WHAT I DO!!!
It says always something like bets not permiotted before player balance or something i think it means i have to wager deposit first BUT I DID IT!
I thought maybe i need some balance on players balance and deposited again small amount but still doent work
I contacted support by email twice and they dont answer...
Who has the same problem?

Now it worked somehow... Always different errors on the site... bonus is good withdrawals instant good but all the error and bugs... that is bad

Hi hfglhf, the problem was this: your initial deposit was in the form of _.XXXX mBTC (4 decimals), while we only display two decimals. The entire balance is currently visible (up to 5 decimals) on the mobile version, but not on our desktop version, where we only display 2 decimals. This will be corrected soon. Your first bet had a stake of _.XX and left 0.00XX mBTC in your balance. This is why our script didn't consider your first bet as completing the required wagering for activating the bonus balance (your bonus balance is actually perfectly equal to your first deposit, so, in your case, the bonus balance was _.XXXX) Again, we will update the desktop version as soon as possible to display all decimals. Hey!
It's very cool to see a 100% deposit bonus. But how does it works?
Do you have to first bet and lose your "real" money to have the right to use the bonus amount?
I suppose that if you withdraw real money the bonus money is lost too of course ^^
If we make bets with real money and win, then can we withdraw it without losing the bonus money?

Thanks for your answer, both fast and clear! So that means that... It's a real bonus then! That's great and really rare! Most of the time the "bonus" of any gambling sites are in fact mere cents given out because even if the amount is great it has to be gambled like 40 times at an odd of 2.5 so there is no way you get anything in the end xD Thanks then! Hi powerbet if we deposit 1btc does it mean that our accoumt will reflect 2btc? Seems I didn't understand what 100% first deposit bonus. Hope you can make it clearly |

Hi jseverson, the answer to your question "if we deposit 1btc does it mean that our accoumt will reflect 2btc?" is: the first deposit bonus amount is equal to your first deposit, up to mBTC 200. So, in your example, you'd receive a bonus of mBTC 200.

" Bonus rollover is 8X, that means players have to bet eight times (8X) the bonus amount in order to be able to withdraw the bonus balance."
That means we have to bet 8 times the bonus amount to withdraw it. But only once to use it right? And winnings from bonus bet will be withdrawable or not?

Yes, you have to bet the bonus amount once from your player/deposit balance in order to activate the bonus balance for betting. After the bonus balance has been activated for betting, you'll have to achieve a 8X rollover betting from bonus balance. Winnings from bonus betting are added to the bonus balance. When the rollover is complete, the entire bonus balance at that point (including the winnings) is automatically transferred to your player account, therefore becoming withdraw-able. |

I tried this betting site and impressed! Recommended! Everything was ok till using bonus amount. I deposited and wagered deposit amount over 1.70 odd. Withdrawed winnings+deposit and tried to use my bonus amount. Withdraw process is instant and good than nitrogensports. I couldnt be able to use bonus amount, but i did everyhing as stated on rules.. Some script gives this error when i click to wager bonus amount: bonus_account.bet_place_not_permitted_before_player_accoun Contacted support and waiting for answer. I hope they will solve problem.  (Sorry for my poor english!) |
