I am having the same issue. I have been trying to log into my BTC-e account for 5 months now and it tells me that my password has expired and that an email will be sent to reset it. Well I have never received an email and I have tried over a hundred times and always get same message but no email. I have opened up about 20 tickets with BTC-e support but have not gotten a reply. I have contacted them via PM on this site and have not received a reply either. If anybody has any other ideas on how to contact them or fixing this issue please reply. Thank you
Maybe the problem is in your email, if you don't receive new password, answers to your tickets, etc. from BTC-e team?
Try to contact them from another email address. At least when you are able to receive replies from their staff, you will be able to discuss and fix the problem with your account.
I've also had such message "that my password has expired and that an email will be sent to reset it." , but I succesfully received promissed email from them.
