Can anyone help me with an issue i'm having with BTC-E?

For months i've been trying to log into my account, and have been unable to.  It says my password has expired and will not let me

in.  It tells me it's going to send me a link in email to reset it, but it never does.

I've tried opening tickets with BTC-E and never get a response, i've even send them alternative email addresses they can send to,

in case something is blocking them from sending to my primary email address.

I'm really at my end with this, and not sure where to turn.  If anyone from BTC-E reads this, please contact me.

If there is anyone out there who can give me some information on how to contact someone at BTC-E, i would really appreciated it.

Sorry if this is not the place to post this, but i have no other way of getting the word out, i'll be posting this message across

various platforms on the net well as any discussion groups who deal with BTC in hopes that someone out there can help.

I am having the same issue. I have been trying to log into my BTC-e account for 5 months now and it tells me that my password has expired and that an email will be sent to reset it. Well I have never received an email and I have tried over a hundred times and always get same message but no email. I have opened up about 20 tickets with BTC-e support but have not gotten a reply. I have contacted them via PM on this site and have not received a reply either. If anybody has any other ideas on how to contact them or fixing this issue please reply. Thank you

Maybe the problem is in your email, if you don't receive new password, answers to your tickets, etc. from BTC-e team?
Try to contact them from another email address. At least when you are able to receive replies from their staff, you will be able to discuss and fix the problem with your account.

I've also had such message "that my password has expired and that an email will be sent to reset it." , but I succesfully received promissed email from them.

I have sent them 2 alternate emails and still nothing. It's very frustrating. I have tried everything to get a hold of them but for some reason they are ignoring my messages. Thank you for the reply

Due to increased cases of account hacks, BTC-e upgraded their password security in September 2016.
You need to update your password and create a new one. If you have trouble with that then please read this short article:
https://btc-e.com/news/233 if you still don't know what to do and how to recover your password then only BTC-e support can help you.

It just strikes me that I have sent in about 20 tickets in the last few months but they will not get back to me.

I had similar problem when I tried to register in some online service, activation mail wasn't going through.
It turned out it was problem with hidden spam filter of my email provider. I solved it by whitelisting that mail.
Have you tried to add btc-e address or domain to whitelist in your mail client?

I have tried to whitelist they're email and still nothing. I will try writing more support tickets and see what happends. Maybe they will reply eventually. I tried also writing them a few PMs on this site and still no reply. Thanks for your input
