Yep, it is little issue about I didn't know. Your 10table account will be/is credited 70000 satoshi now, but possibility of playing with that will be from 19th of December. Here is official statement:
from December 19th onwards you will be able to play at regular tables with the 70k satoshi you received as subscription bonus.
Until then you can become familiar with the game by trying our play for fun.

I wonder anyway if they really pay 0.001 btc as transaction fees or do they keep a part for their self. Basically people don't receive anything it's not even enough to cover the transaction fees.
This 70k satoshi is to play there. Minimum to withdraw is 0.01 so 0.001 fee in this case is not so important.. i think..
I'm starting to make transfers to everyone who sent me PM with Bitcointalk address, and fulfilled other conditions.
