This coins looks different compared to all the walletbuilders crap that I am used to seeing and ICO's that just take your money and run or either dump then run, I have good feelings about this one.

After doing some observations so far there seems to be 3 ways to get XLTH coins, Pre-ICO Distribution Giveaway Registration, Bitcointalk Signature Campaign and the Twitter Campaign, although the Twitter Campaign looks like it offers the least at 300 XLTH while the others could and most probably will get a higher amount each.

We are working to update the ANN thread but basically you can get coins with a certain probability when you make transactions that's why the system is called proof of transaction, but it will not be mineable.
