Hi Dev team !

I have read your white paper where the process of Proof of transactions is explained unfortunatly without so much details...

Quote
the proof-of-transactions system implemented by Lithium only reward public keys involved in recent transactions so it incentives users to use Lithium in real transactions and not just holding it for speculation. An important thing to have in mind when implementing this system was the fact that someone could intend to spam transactions on the network to increase their chances of being rewarded the 2 tokens each block. Lithium’s approach to this problem is to simply consider each public key once when selecting the random key from the pool of candidates. In other words, spamming transactions will not increase someone’s
chances of being awarded the coin.

I understand that only a unique public key will be rewarded once to prevent spamming transactions... Why not ! But you have to implement deterministic wallet to influence stakeholders to make transactions and be rewarded for that. Is it the case ?

Indeed stakeholders could lost the chance to be rewarded if they always make a transaction with the same public key... Grin

I guess you will not be adding windows wallet.
I think it would be better to add it.

I voted for it to be traded after ICO.  Grin Grin

We don't need to trade yet, perhaps you need? Smiley
Use Marketplace section, but ICO isn't over yet so you wont get more than 175 satoshi per Lithium.

No escrow? It is so fishy scam to be honest, I wonder how much tokens you will raise, and what is the fund you have raised so far?

Yes, no escrow provided.
But see on ICO website, a lot of people has interseted on this project . Currently Total BTC Raised is 31 BTC (16 days left)  Wink
What do you think?

I think it still can be a scam. Think of opair and declouds recently. And opair even got a escrow but investors agreed on releasing the funds after a cheap crappy qt wallet. I take the free coins because who knows it is real, but I will not invest 1 satoshi in this project too many red flags I've seen before.

Sincerely didn't understand why poeple's are so critic with Lithium....this projects don't look worse than more others that everyday appears on the forum and raise huge amount of BTC over BTC everydays!
You are saying that Lithium is scam and want escrow, but you are admitting allso that Opair, also having escrow, at the end turned on scam!
Until now on Lithium i'm only seeing a "team" (not my problem who and hw much they are, as if i invest in a startup change nothing to know who are the dev) that is working hard to make their project succed, the paltform works fine, the free distribution is giving free coins as promised, the ICO looks raising a good amount of interest, they are working to build their own exchange and if they don't want to reveal their identity change nothing to me!
Why if ETH or another success coin build their own exchange is good, and if lithium does is to scam poeple's?

Everyday we see a lot of "startup" raise thousand of BTC and nobody says nothing, only because they have good advertising, lots of (bought) twitter followers and like, and paid PR on altcoin magazines
Probably those guys on LTH didn't have the power to buy PR or didn't want to buy followers, but have a project with concept and ideas and are working to realize it..let it works and let's see, invest what you can afford to loose and enjoy the project, otherwise if yu arenot investing a single sat, not complain and move over!
I'm enjoying free distro, i bought 20$ of lithium to me nothing nothing wrong here!

Biggest problem is that many of the "big" startups are actually owned by (or are partnered with) all of the crypto related PR. Not only do they not have to pay for the PR because they own the PR platforms, but they fill the readers' eyes with only the positives & promises to make them filthy rich.

If I am a professional athlete & I own Sports Illustrated (the magazine, online/digital publication), you're likely going to see me on the front-cover frequently, & read positive things about my career. I will forbid the editors to publish anything about the time I dropped the perfectly thrown game-winning pass causing my team to lose the game - you will only read about the times when I did make the catch to win the game. And if I don't like you because you are my competition & are a real threat, I will have every little negative thing you've ever done be published to make you look bad (or however I want).

I absolutely despise scammers, but would prefer the smaller, less "advertised" coins to be successful so that the same few people don't end up owning this entire industry like other businesses in the real-world. Crypto is supposed to be against all of that..

Thanks!

Any update on this? Cannot enter my webwallet due to lost PW, but no PW reset option is available? What to do?

Well I heard about opair guy, he had a bald patch on his head when I met him last time. Who is declouds? Ur daddy will be unhappy to know that u surf internet with parental controls turned off and talk to decloud and opair without his permission. The reality is that the prices will crumble and reach a new sustainable floor around 13 satoshi. Since u have recently invested in lithium u may argue that I spread fud to rig prices or spoil the ico campaign but this is not true. Im 100 percent sure that this is a fraud as I have recently received a word from people closely linked to lithium crew and they told me that everyones prepared to leave the ship after ICO closure.

Someone's already exploiting the fact that you can send a tiny amount of XLTH to the same address and hope that the next block rewards you with 2 XLTH. Someone could easily spam the blockchain with transactions to and from the same address since there aren't any fees associated with the transaction.

The dev mentioned somewhere that they had fix to this problem. It was something about how the same address wont keep get the 2 coins in a short period of time.

Thanks, nothing's perfect from the start, is it.  Cheesy

Lol this won't be fixed, the fact of the matter is that one could own multiple accounts with seperate addresses and just keep sending back and forth to each other.

It seems to me that this project is centralized as fuck even with the dev suspending users accounts.... Sounds like MangoCoins all over again and that had a private source code too.

One should also take note how many times this "Unique New Algorithms" name has changed, first it was SHA-233 now it's Proof Of Transaction Roll Eyes
