Using ETH blockchain will cost who will pay costs of using ETH blockchain ?
Why players will want to pay those small fees IF ETH will rise 10x cost will rise 10x.
And having to pay like 0.1$ for every roll is not fun.
While online casinos fees will be whole 0% 
Maybe paying with 100$ will be ok but with 2$ is not that fun to run BlackJack
Maybe you will have 0% edge but you will eat fees equal like 1% edge of other online casino.

Ethereum pumps hard again, no wonder the price is so high again, actually the fund increased due to Ethereum rise, maybe they should set more proportion bounty release to milestone 1, not 20%, should be 40%.

300 is a fair number for the developers and the signature participants. Developers wants to get right exposure for their project and also need to prevent dumping from likely bounty cheaters.
