I have 2 MSI radeon rx 480 gpu.
Im using those to mine ZEC using Claymore's miner. Im getting average 220H/s from each, total 440H/s.

Can anybody help me about this..

Im confused that is 440H/s is equal to 440Sol/s ? and is that 440H/s is normal for 2 radeon rx 480 ?
can I increase hashrate and decrease power using watttool by modifying the mem and gpu clock?

My default configuration is :

gpu clock :1303Hz
mem clocl :1750Hz

Yes that is ok, 220 +- 15-20 H/s for those cards.
You can play around with wattool and lower power consumption with lowering the voltage.
