Same question, why decrease  with 75%? You got already more in the first ico, why cancelld that one then if now the min. goal is less? And if you needed 1000 first how can you do the project now with 250?

As you can see, I cut how many languages Darcrus will support in dAppsheet templates. Less languages == less developers with differing skills. We will laser focus on the languages listed according to the Phases in the ANN.

Yes, or offered as DAR to the person/business for services of marketing, pr, etc etc. Also, remember that amount (as all the amounts for ICOv2) is proportionally burned if all 42,000,000 tokens are not sold during the ICO. So, if only 21,000,000 DAR tokens are sold, the dev fund is only 1,000,000.

They will be distributed to the address provided by the bounty earner, depending on where they earned the bounty. TVE and signature campaign will have different procedures. You are more than welcome to use a Bittrex Darcrus address if you like. Of course, the DAR market is not built yet on Bittrex.
