Sigwo - just wondering why you lowered the minimum goal for raised BtC to 250 when you've raised 500 BTC in 1st ICO and just refunded that. Shouldn't you target a bit higher than 500 BTC?

I guess it has more to do with how much it costs to deliver various phases of project. 250 BTC is probably needed to get first phase done.

The crowdfund must raise a minimum of 250 BTC to be considered a success. Each phase unlocks a new development milestone Darcrus will fund and achieve with this ICO. Additional development will take place as Darcrus grows.

Early Bird: dAppsheet in JavaScript + buyback of 10% net profits on Bittrex
Phase 1: Early Bird + additional 15% net profits (25% total) buyback on Bittrex
Phase 2: Early Bird + Phase 1 + dAppsheet in Python
Phase 3: All prior + Mining Farm with 50% net profits buy back on Bittrex

They raised more than expected and refunded it ? weird...

He promised at the very start that its 1000 BTC or refund, so he did so. Apparently he had to change his approach so he has broken project into phases where first phase can be done with 250 BTC.
