When I read at forums here, I know I’m not the only one interested in BTC, crypto, etc. I just think being on the internet gets you faster information than watching the news, reading the paper and listening to the radio. I think it depends on how what and who you spend your time on the internet with.

To be honest, I feel empowered when I’m online. I get to work and make a living, while I get to nurture relationships with the people I care about, especially those who are situated at different cities or countries. So I don’t think it’s a waste, but I guess it’s just a matter of perspective or a matter of how you use your time online. Being online can be a stress reliever too. You can immerse yourself in a fun VR game or a relaxing app, and you can feel recharged after.
